Mohammed Jawad is one of the youngest detainees still held in Gitmo, even though was recently ordered to be released by a U.S. Circuit Judge.

RT's Dina Gusovsky speaks to one of Mohammed Jawad's Military Defense Lawyers, Major Eric Montalvo. The U.S. Government says it may file another case against Jawad, and is ready to present evidence and witnesses against the young man. Montalvo has already spoken to these witnesses and he questions their validity and accusations against his client. He says the government promised them everything from trips abroad to shoes to money in order to testify.
