It turns out Bill Clinton is that really chatty friend that takes forever to get going… like we didn’t already know.
President Barack Obama was forced to take things into his own hands after Clinton kept him waiting on Air Force One.
Clinton was hitching a ride back to the US on his former plane after he and Obama attended Shimon Peres’ funeral in Israel.

However the “well-known schmoozer” ignored Obama’s many requests to get on the plane as he was reportedly engrossed in conversation with Secretary of State John Kerry on the tarmac.
Clinton eventually tore himself away and joined Obama at the top of the stairs where they showed no harsh feelings and embraced.
Oh, Bill.
