The popular Twitter account ‘Miguel Bloombito’ has made a muchas welcome returno to the social network, satirizing former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg's Spanish skills.

With speculation that Bloomberg is considering entering the 2016 presidential race as an independent candidate, the parody account @ElBloombito was resurrected with some classic Bloombito words of wisdom.

The account rose to prominence following Hurricane Irene in 2011, while Bloomberg was mayor, following numerous blunders by the billionaire while trying to speak Spanish at press conferences.

The parody account was created by New Yorker Rachel Figueroa-Levin, a freelance writer and deputy district leader with the Humane Society. It has since racked up more than 72,000 followers.

The account uses the hashtag "#FeelTheBerg," a comic take on "#FeelTheBern," a hashtag used by supporters of Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders.

El Bloombito has also taken a few potshots at Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.

Fans of the account are happy at the alter ego's return.
