The key topic of the 2016 Forum is 'Fast-Growing Megacities: Technologies of Dynamic Development'. How to get priorities straight and meet technological challenges arising during the development of megacities? How to make an environment as comfortable as possible using technological solutions? These and many other questions will be addressed at the Moscow Urban Forum.
This year's Moscow Urban Forum will be held at Moscow’s Manege Central Exhibition Hall from June 30 to July 3. On the first day of the Forum, the mayors of world cities and leading urban experts will discuss the development of cities in the era of technological revolution. The second day of the Forum will be dedicated to the implementation of megaprojects in cities. The participants will present their best projects (either already implemented or under preparation) and share their experiences in solving problems related to megacities.
The speakers of the Forum will include members of the Moscow government, officials from different cities of the world, heads of property development companies, urban specialists, architects, professors and lecturers of architectural universities and colleges, as well as scientists.
The results of the research into the architectural design and development of Moscow conducted by urban experts during the past year will be presented at the Forum.
During the entire duration of the Forum, the Urban Festival will be also held for Muscovites and visitors to the capital at different Moscow venues.
