It’s been roughly a year since Covid-19 emerged, running roughshod over all aspects of our lives, with its spikes pricking and infecting everything we used to take for granted. But as vaccines slowly but surely enable our release from lockdowns, the question is, what is the new, post-pandemic normal going to be? What are the boundaries of personal, social, or international responsibility on matters of health?
