President Medvedev laid out his vision for Russia and its role in the world. Matthew Maly has written about Russia's transition to democracy in a book titled “Russia As It Is”.
“Medvedev left no doubt that President Bush’s policies have been an economic and political disaster for the US itself and for the rest of the world and nobody disagrees with that,” Maly stated.
