Belgrade is ready to go very far in the negotiations over Kosovo and make substantial concessions, says Serbia’s deputy prime minister, Bozidar Djelic.

“We are very constructive, as long as the international community gives the same incentives to both sides – Serbians and Albanians alike – to come to compromise. And certainly if we can reach it, it’ll be a historical moment. Not breaking apart the sovereign democratic country of Serbia, not opening up a Pandora's box for other extremist forces, separatist forces around the world and basically providing for stability for the Balkans," said Djelic.
