Vietnam’s Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh arrived in Pyongyang on Tuesday ahead of a planned summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Vietnam’s capital later this month. The minister is expected to stay in Pyongyang until Thursday, AP said. Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi, is to host the summit between Trump and Kim on February 27-28. They held their first summit last June in Singapore, and the US is hoping to get a firm commitment on denuclearization from Kim.
