Iran will remain in its 2015 nuclear deal with world powers only if its benefits are guaranteed by other signatories after the United States withdrew from the accord, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday. The president was speaking at a news conference in Vienna during a trip to Europe. The US withdrawal from the nuclear deal was “illegal,” according to Rouhani. “Not the United States, not any other country would benefit from this decision to withdraw from the accord,” Reuters quoted Rouhani as saying.
