Deadly clashes between Saudi-backed troops & UAE-backed separatists in Yemen

Heavy clashes have erupted in Yemen, between Saudi-backed government forces and separatists allied with the United Arab Emirates, in the port city of Aden, AP reports. Residents are reportedly fleeing the city. President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi’s forces were deployed across the city to prevent protests, led by the separatists who demand the resignation of his government over corruption allegations. At least 12 people have been killed and another 23 injured in the fighting, according to medical sources cited by local media.
