Putin to visit Turkey on Monday for talks with Erdogan on Mid-East, Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin will make a working visit to Turkey on December 11, the Kremlin’s press service said Friday. Bilateral issues and international problems will be discussed at the talks with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, including the situation in the Middle East and the Syrian settlement, TASS said. On Thursday, Putin and Erdogan spoke by phone and expressed serious concern in connection with the US decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
