On Monday, the US House of Representatives voted 222-192 in favor of going to conference with the Senate, in order to reconcile differences in both versions of the tax bill. On Saturday, the Senate passed their version of the tax overhaul, as the two congressional bodies will now attempt to send a final bill to President Donald Trump to sign into law. Although there are differences in both tax bills, the House and Senate have agreed in their proposals to lower the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 20 percent.
