Turkish prosecutors have issued detention warrants for 360 people in a new operation against supporters of US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen within the army, according to media reports on Wednesday. CNN Turk and others report the operation was focused on Istanbul, and that 343 of those facing arrest were soldiers, according to Reuters. Ankara accuses Gulen and his network of orchestrating an attempted coup last year, but the cleric denies the charge.
