Ninety two minutes of real time is not only the duration of the film, but also the length of time the match between Real Madrid and Villareal lasted on April 23, two years ago. There's only one hero here – Zinedine Zedane who shocked the world with his infamous 'head-but' at the World Cup. “He's an incredible person. I can talk about him for ages. He's very controversial, but in any case – he's an incredible football player,” says Denis Matsuev, a musician and football fan. The film is directed by Douglas Gordon, well-known for his «24-Hour Psycho», showcasing Hitchcock's films in slow motion in one day alone. “The film about Zidane is the brightest event in modern culture. It was first presented at the Cannes Film Festival this year and sold 250 copies just in France,” commented Maria Kuvshinova, film critic. The film was a huge success in Western Europe and critics predict the same in Russia as it's a country where some men consider football to be their religion.
