The announcement comes as the UN Security Council and the so-called Troika of the U.S., EU and Russia start discussions on whether to continue the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo. The province’s capital Pristina insists on full independence, while Belgrade is only willing to offer the province broad autonomy. Russia says the solution should be acceptable to both sides.
