Train explodes in New York

Several carriages on a train, carrying liquefied propane, have derailed and exploded in the the north of New York state. Residents living within a one-mile radius of the blast have been forced to evacuate.  

Authorities say there have been no immediate reports of any injuries or fatalities.An investigation into the cause of the derailment is underway.
