Washington says it is ready to resume six-nation talks with North Korea. Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Pyongyang for talks on the matter. But Bruce Klinger from the Heritage Foundation doesn't expect much from his trip.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, however, urged the world not to "give in" to North Korea's "unpredictable behavior."

Russia is deeply involved in the process and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is expected in Pyongyang to try to persuade the country to return to international nuclear arms talks.

But Bruce Klingner from the Heritage Foundation is pessimistic about the visit.
