2 Tajik market workers killed in Moscow

Two Tajik citizens have been killed in Moscow in what is believed to be racially motivated attack. Both of the victims were employed at a market. A criminal case has been opened.

The bodies were discovered in the south of the capital on Sunday.The incident again raises concerns over growing xenophobic feelings in Russian society.Moscow, St. Petersburg and the city of Voronezh in Central Russia have recently seen attacks on workers mainly from neighbouring countries and foreign students.Nationalistic sentiments are also supported by a growing number of movements.
