Mikhail Youzhny has gone out of the Paris Masters – losing in straight sets to the world number two Rafael Nadal.

The Russian was completely overplayed by Nadal's powerful baseline shots. It means Youzhny's chances of qualifying for the Masters Cup in Shanghai have been dashed, while Nadal moves on to the semis where he will meet Marcos Baghdatis.
