“Russian weapons are traditionally known for their reliability. Defence enterprises must analyse any quality-related complaints very closely,” Medvedev said. “When foreign partners complain about quality, everyone finds themselves in an awkward position.” The sanctions were imposed last week and include a number of military delivery companies from different countries. Washington's argument is that these organisations have been dealing with Iran and supporting the country's nuclear programme. “This is an attempt to cut off suppliers, and the main thing is that  this decision does not affect us at all,” Medvedev said.
