Sergey Vysotsky, a Russian citizen arrested in Lebanon and accused of belonging to the Islamic militant group Fatah al-Islam, will appear in court on Thursday. The 18-year-old denies all charges against him and says he arrived in the country to study.

He was arrested in early September near a Palestinian refugee camp. He's currently being held in a military prison outside the capital, Beirut. Lebanese authorities confirmed the accused comes from Russia, as do three others who are also suspected of terrorism and are still at large.
