The Russian Progress freight spacecraft is on its way to the International Space Station. It blasted off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Thursday with 2.5 tonnes of cargo on board.
The shipment includes food, water, scientific equipment and replacement computers for the Russian part of the Station. It is also carrying books and films for the crew. The spacecraft is due to reach the ISS on August, 5. It is the third Russian unmanned supply mission this year.
