It developed engine problems shortly after takeoff, and failed to make it back to the runway. “The cause of the accident is not yet known, but it did take place only 10 minutes after take off. Everybody was killed and there were no survivors. They are checking to see if a baby survived, but officially there are no survivors. Inquiries are continuing and we don't yet know all the details. There is perhaps one person who may have survived, but it's thought that all the passengers are dead. That's according to the information we have now. Authorities are setting up an investigation into what could have caused the accident,” Maknenda Voka, and editor of Observateur, said.
