Russian FM to discuss Baltic co-operation

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is in Sweden to attend the 14th ministerial session of the Council of the Baltic States. Preserving Baltic natural resources, security, and investment are among the topics at the meeting.

After the discussions, the foreign ministers are expected to adopt a declaration on renewed co-operation between the Baltic Sea states. Mr Lavrov will also meet with his Swedish counterpart and the country's prime minister to discuss bilateral relations and international issues.
