Protests have continued once again outside the Georgian Embassy in Moscow. Many of the demonstrators have friends and relatives from South Ossetia.

They all welcome the ceasefire, but say it is not a lasting solution to the problems in South Ossetia. They're demanding a lasting peace. “The war has been stopped. And we hope this day of mourning becomes the first day of peace,” one of the protestors said.
