North Korea's nuclear plans to be discussed in Moscow

South Korean Deputy Foreign Minister, Chun Young-woo, is in Moscow to discuss a peace plan for the dispute over North Korea's nuclear activities. Mr Chun will be meeting his Russian counterpart, Alexander Losyukov.

The discussion is scheduled a week before a new round of six-party talks in Beijing which involve the two Koreas, Russia, China, the United States, and Japan .The talks in Moscow are aimed at finding a solution approved by all six countries to encourage North Korea to give up its nuclear programme.
