A new book has been published in Russia that delves into the lives of Boris Berezovsky and Roman Abramovich. The author, Russian Duma Deputy Aleksandr Khinshtein, looks into the less well-known aspects of their private lives.

While most Russians already know about the alleged fraud, embezzlement and abuse of Russia’s rocky market in the 90s, little is known about what are possibly the oligarchs' most secret treasures – their women. Aleksandr Khinshtein reveals details of the ladies that have stood behind these seemingly independent men. “The lives of these two men in general are interesting to the public. However, when talking about their ex-wives, people find it even more interesting. Therefore the life of Boris Berezovsky is fascinating because it is so unconventional. At one time he lived with three women, two of whom he later married,” said the author. He writes about the model, Marianna,  who was only 16 when she began dating Boris Berezovsky. “There were so many rumours at the time of their affair, that she almost had his child and so on. And it was impossible to believe but I think we can trust Khinshtein and his facts,” commented Olga Vandysheva, Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper columnist. The sources are apparently solid and Russian readers are expected to jump at the chance of a glimpse into the love lives of these exiles.
