The decisive issue of missile defence was discussed in an online video news conference in Moscow by Russia's envoy to NATO, Konstantin Totsky. He said that the only way for Russia and NATO to combat the security issues facing the world is to work together

“If you look at it from Moscow's viewpoint, wherever Russia's interests are, all you can see is NATO. And if you look at it from Brussels' point of view, wherever their interests are, all they can see is Russia. Instead of rubbing each other up the wrong way, why not try and help each other and co-ordinate our efforts. That way we'll be able to counter the threats that face us more effectively,” Mr Totsky suggested.
