The photography exhibition “Moment and Eternity” by Vladimir Nefyodov has opened at Moscow's D&K gallery. He is trying to catch the uncatchable with his camera and bring fantasy to seemingly ordinary scenes in our lives.

The photographer spent several years learning to catch elusive beauty. He studied hydro-dynamics, experimented with milk, glycerin and China ink. On Nefyodov's photographs simple water drops look like crowns, explosions, bullets and even umbrellas. The artist works not only with water, but also with metal, foil and light rays, trying to show the inner content of things through their visual images. He is seeking to grasp the meaning of eternity. And there is nothing closer to eternity than a moment.
