The former heavyweight champion has been sentenced to 24 hours behind bars and three years' probation after pleading guilty to drug possession and driving under the influence.
The sentence followed a traffic stop in Scottsdale, Arizona last December. Authorities say they found bags of cocaine in Tyson's pocket and in his car. Tyson spent three years in an Indiana prison following a 1992 rape conviction. And another spell in jail after pleading no-contest to two misdemeanour assault charges in Maryland in 1999.
