Medvedev witnesses record missile launch

The ministry of defence says the rocket, which was fired from the fleet's nuclear submarine ‘Tula’, reached its longest distance yet – 11,547 kilometres. Medvedev also gave the ministry the task of building more aircraft carriers in the next few years.
