Lebanese declare victory over Al-Qaeda

The camp near the northern city of Tripoli was home to more than 30,000 people before the fighting broke out a month ago. It is believed some 2,000 refugees are still inside. The conflict between the Lebanese military and militants at Nahr al-Bared was the worst outbreak of violence in Lebanon since the civil war. It cost the lives of at least 166 people.
