Kidnapped children rescued without using force or ransom

Two children, kidnapped in the middle of may have been rescued in St. Petersburg. Both are said to be well. Brother and sister, Dima and Sasha Borodulins, were snatched after their father was attacked.

A ransom demand was made, but the authorities say the children were rescued without it being paid. The girl was freed first, on June 27, and three days later the kidnappers released the boy. The General Prosecutor’s office said the hunt was continuing for the kidnappers.
