An additional team of investigators has been assigned to work on the case of murdered journalist Anna Politkovskaya. The Prosecutor General's Office says each team of investigators has its own focus and action plan.
The Prosecutor General's Office is also denying earlier reports that the chief investigator in the case has been changed. Anna Politkovskaya was shot dead in October last year. Last month, eleven people were detained in connection with the murder, although two were later released.
