5 injured in German school shooting

An 18 year old is thought to be responsible for a school shooting in north west Germany, which has left 5 people injured. The former pupil of the school opened fire and threw smoke grenades before taking his own life.

Three students, a female teacher and the head caretaker were wounded.Twenty others – mostly police officers, suffered smoke inhalation.A farewell note on his website, which has been blocked by police, states that he acted out of general frustration in life.He was due to go on trial on Tuesday
