Forest fires break out in eastern Siberia

Forest fires have made a striking comeback in Russia's Chita region in eastern Siberia. A state of emergency has been declared in three districts of the region. The fire has now spread over an area of almost 3,000 hectares. More than 500 firefighters are

The city of Chita is clouded with smoke and the region's administration has prohibited any work, hiking or hunting in the forests.  The Chita region was in a state of emergency due to forest fires only last month.
