On Thursday, FIFA was making the choice between the present and the future, and preferred the latter, says the sports commentator from the broadcaster NTV+, Sergey Akulinin.
“FIFA could have chosen a country which is already prepared to host a World Cup, England for instance. Instead, they chose a country to invest into.
