9 dead from plane crash in Sinai desert

Nine peacekeepers have been killed in a plane crash in the Egypt's Sinai desert. The French plane was attached to the multinational peacekeeping force, which monitors the Egyptian-Israeli border.

Reports say the plane crashed on a road and hit a truck, causing it to explode.Three burned bodies have been found in the wreckage, and six others are still missing and thought to be dead.Security sources believe the crash was caused by mechanical problems.
