Three people are dead and two injured after a construction crane fell into an apartment complex in St Petersburg. The incident occurred in a new housing development in the north of the city.
Rescue workers are searching for others who might be trapped under the debris.Meanwhile, residents are being evacuated as the fallen crane caused extensive damage to the apartment block.It has yet to know what caused the crane to fall.
