Commenting on the issue, the Russian State Duma Speaker, Boris Gryzlov, stressed that “As members of the Parliamentary Assembly, we are concerned about the situation. But we also see that citizens of all Europe, rather than only residents of the countries where anti-ballistic missile systems are to be deployed, are concerned about the fact. I think that such a decision contradicts the security in the European region rather than is aimed at providing it”.Organization will soon release the statement on the issue, mentioned Gryzlov.
