There was a similar terrorist attack on a train which took place two years ago, told RT Nikolay Petrov from the Carnegie Moscow Center.
“There are several possible causes of the crash discussed in St. Petersburg. One of them was that the terrorist attack was caused by two Ingush guys and that it was organized by Chechen terrorists,” he added.
