A man suspected of the bombing of the Moscow to St. Petersburg train on August 13, has been arrested, according to the Kommersant paper.

The paper writes that 25-year-old ethnic Chechen, Khasan Didigov, is most likely connected to a group of anarchists in St. Petersburg. Two of the group’s members have already been arrested on similar charges. According to Kommersant, the suspects from St. Petersburg might have supplied Didigov with the explosives, which he could have used for bombing the Nevsky Express. The train derailed on August 13.  None of the 166 passengers was killed, but several dozen were injured.
