Call for tolerance in countdown to Georgian presidential election

As Georgia prepares for its early presidential election in a few weeks, an exhibition has opened in the capital, Tbilisi, of childhood pictures of candidates.

The organisers say they want to create a positive atmosphere during the pre-election campaign. They're also calling for people to be more tolerant when they go to polling stations on January 5.  There are seven candidates in all, including Mikhail Saakashvili, who resigned following mass protests in the capital in November.
