A top official from the Russian Federal Fishing Agency threw a huge sum of cash out of his car when police tried to detain him for bribery.

The incident took place in south Moscow on Thursday, Russian news agencies reported, quoting police sources. The official reportedly took 10 million rubles in cash (over $300,000) as a bribe from a commercial company engaged in fishing in the Moscow Region.
