Austria crackdowns on global child pornography

A global child pornography ring involving thousands of suspects worldwide has been smashed, according to Austrian government officials. People from 77 countries, are implicated in the investigation although no arrests have yet been made.

The Austrian Interior Ministry said it is the country's largest ever crackdown on child pornography.The majority of those who the current investigation is paying serious attention to, are from the USA and Germany. As for Russia, a Russian web page offering the pornographic videos saw hits from Algeria, Iceland and Venezuela also.
