The Russian Defense Ministry is broadcasting live footage from the Muhayam al-Wafideen checkpoint in the Damascus Suburb of Eastern Ghouta, where the withdrawal of militants from the town of Douma is under way.

Earlier on Sunday, the Russian Reconciliation Center in Syria said that a deal had been reached with the Jaysh al-Islam militant group, according to which they agreed to a cease fire and a withdrawal from Douma. They also agreed to release all prisoners of war, according to Syrian news agency SANA. 100 buses have been prepared in order to relocate 8,000 fighters and around 40,000 of their family members, it added.
