Want to learn some juggling tricks? No problem! Watch the astronauts aboard the International Space Station (ISS) masterly juggle oranges, apples and even first aid kits. Their must-see circus show has just been posted online.

Fighting fatigue in space can be a real challenge. Astronauts are living, working, and sleeping in the same small space around the clock, and it brings additional stress.

Psychologists from the Yuri Gagarin Research & Test Cosmonaut Center recommend relaxation training that is fun and personally engaging for all members of the crew to take part in. Juggling can be a good way to regain your verve and beat fatigue, they say. It also brings smiles to space aficionados' faces. Check it out!
