The company expects to raise ten billion dollars from the move, setting a share price at between $5.85 and $7.85.Rosneft wants the support of ordinary Russian citizens, who can apply for shares at their local Sberbank and for whom the move’s rated an inflation-beating money-maker. Minimum bid is set at 15,000 roubles, and first-time shareholders are expected to be high profile among those buying. Investors have until July 10 before applications close.
