Mobile operators to face possible accusations of price-fixing

For the first time, Russia's leading mobile phone operators face possible legal action on charges of price-fixing.

The Federal Anti-monopoly Service is investigating MTS, Vimpelkom and Megafon – saying the companies may have violated competition law.Investigators say Russia's “Big Three” set tariffs for inter-network calls between themselves at a lower level than for calls from other smaller operators.
