The Federal Antimonopoly Service has cleared Lukoil to buy the Grand filling station network in Moscow. The Association Grand network, with its 95 stations in Moscow, has been a RussNeft franchise since 2005.
It controls 12% of the fuel market in Moscow and suburbs. Lukoil which was long rumoured to be interested in Grand has filed for clearance in January.
